Hello! Our understanding of "precision" is not only reflected in the product, but also runs through the entire production process. Before each product reaches your hands, it will go through three rigorous levels:
Incoming inspection: All core components (such as sensors and chips) are sourced from ISO certified suppliers and undergo full inspection before being stored. Unqualified batches are returned in batches.
Aging test: After assembly, each product needs to be continuously operated for 48 hours in simulated extreme environments (such as high temperature of 40 ℃, low temperature of -10 ℃) to screen potential defective products in advance.
Factory calibration: Use standard equipment certified by third-party metrology to calibrate each product one by one, ensuring that the measurement data is traceable and reproducible.
